In partnership with Rotherham Council and the Job Centre, The Source delivers the ‘Ambition Rotherham Programme’. This programme of support is delivered from The Source’s Rotherham High Street office to 18-24 year olds who are not in employment and are currently on Jobseekers Allowance.
The aim of the programme is to work alongside individuals to assist them with the skills to not only gain employment, but to keep it. The programme identifies the skills and support required by the individual to assist them into the area of work they are interested in, and also provides support to help overcome the barriers to work, with help and advice with CV writing and interview techniques. By utilising all of these skills we hope to help candidates into employment and apprenticeships in Rotherham, Sheffield and throughout South Yorkshire.
This is a 12 to 16 week programme with 1-to-1 support and quality work placements.
Clients receive ongoing support and information, advice and guidance and in work bonuses are available where employment is sustained.
