In addition, your duties will extend to working in elements of the Project Team, as well as support of the Quality Management System.

Duties Will Include
Answering the telephone
Booking in of deliveries and ensuring items ordered have arrived on schedule
Enter deliveries onto SAGE job costing system and marry up with supplier invoices
Admin support to the Project team
Enter workforce weekly timesheets onto the SAGE job costing system
Review and process expense reports
Able to work well and cooperatively with others within and across functions at all levels of the company and customer organisations
Able to plan, schedule and monitor
Able to take initiative and work independently
Excellent communication skills, good at asking questions and being inquisitive
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Business Admin. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.
Progression onto a higher-level qualification
