Duties Will Include
Quality audits - inputting of returned audits with the use of the databases
Inputting of Job Sheets
To follow the company procedure in the administration of the issue of, equipment, mobile phones, and keys.
To print off standard company forms for use by Line Managers and employees (for example new starter form, holiday forms, Employee handbook etc).
To answer the telephone and log the calls you take on the "Phone Log". To answer queries where you are able, and to pass on messages to the relevant managers.
To type forms and other documents at the request of a member of the Management team.
Equipment repair and maintenance logging.
Meter reading administration
To help with the Inputting of timesheets
Recording and updating complaints using the database
Creating purchase orders
Recording of PAT tests on the database
Putting payslips and internal communications into envelopes
Log safety audits
Assisting with fuel card administration
Working with the Grounds division and dealing with the administration of collections invoice requests
To follow safety rules given to you by your employers and follow safe working instructions.
To abide by the company health and safety policy
To obtain the COSHH (safety) data sheet for all new chemicals bought by the business.
To type up risk assessments and method statements as requested.
To remind Managers when their risk assessments require updating.
To file safety checklists
CUSTOMER & QUALITY
To log customer complaints, and follow the customer complaint procedure to help resolve them.
To maintain and develop good customer relationships.
To continually improve and grow the business
To help resolve day to day problems.
To assist other areas of the business when required and any other general duties required to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
To follow the company's waste and recycling procedures, and to work as a team to achieve the company's environmental objectives.
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Business Admin. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.
