Duties Will Include
Input and manage company data
Liaise directly with press and PR companies
Assist with online marketing/social media and music platforms
Answering the telephone
Working with the booking manager with securing contract, payments and itinerary based tasks
Sense of humour
Interest in the music industry
Good organisational skills
Good communication skills
Eye for detail
Able to use initiative
Good customer service skills
Good telephone manner
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Knowledge of the music industry
GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Business Admin. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.
Hours and Wage
37.5 Hours Per Week. Monday to Friday (10:00 - 18:00, with ½ hour lunch break)
You may be asked from time to time to work out of office hours on weekends and evenings, as part of your normal duties.
£131.35 Per Week
