Duties Will Include
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be working within a small team to build an excellent rapport with customers, provide a high standard of customer service, and be confident with up-selling and cross selling techniques to clinch every sale possible. We are looking for the right individual who has the passion and drive for achieving sales, targets and beyond. This business is looking for someone that thrives on excelling within their role in order to succeed. Other duties will include:
Merchandising the store windows
Keeping the store room organised
Assisting in store open days
Assisting with the online side of the business, i.e. uploading items, packing, etc
Working on the shop floor, meeting and greeting customers and identifying their needs
Keeping the store clean and tidy
Making sure stock bought in is tested and priced correctly
This business is looking for candidates with a strong customer facing retail background, who enjoys a challenge and is not afraid of hard work.

The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Retail. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.
Progression onto a higher-level qualification
