The Source Skills Academy is a leading provider of high quality training. Based in Sheffield, we provide training services to the local community, business support and training to employers across the Sheffield City Region and bespoke training to the Retail sector. Our Head Office is located adjacent to Meadowhall Centre, with additional offices based in Sheffield and Rotherham.

Who We Are Looking For
We require an enthusiastic and committed person to lead our Finance and Human Resources teams.
Duties Will Include
Ensure financial controls are in place and manage financial risk
Responsible for monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, quarterly VAT returns, quarterly Board reports and to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Management and development of the HR function.
Skills & Personal Attributes
The successful candidate will have a strong a background in Financial Management and experience of leading teams.
Professional Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Knowledge of Charity SORP and VAT partial exemption
Knowledge of Sage is desirable
A recognised Human Resources qualification is also desirable
Excellent communication skills, at all levels
Hours Per Week
The position is temporary for a period of 12 months. Hours of work are a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, generally working office hours, although flexibility will be required.
