Source Apprentices into award finals

Two Source apprentices have beaten off competition to make the final 16 of the local Rotherham Apprentice of the Year awards.

Kyran Jobling, 21 of B & W Beds, Bargains Delivered has been shortlisted for Intermediate apprentice of the year and is currently studying a Warehouse and Storage level 2. Since starting at B&W Kyran’s work ethic and timekeeping have been outstanding and as a result, he has been promoted to Trainee Assistant Manager.

Source receives “Good” Ofsted rating

The Source Academy has received an overall “Good” rating following a recent Ofsted inspection. 

The report published in June, following inspection in May, highlights a number of positive areas for the us. Our staff were commended for their team working in order to achieve high standards and work based learning tutors were also highly praised in the support they provide learners to succeed on programme.
