The Source Sales and Recruitment Team are committed to delivering the best customer service. If we don't get something right the first time we would like to hear from you so that we can keep improving the service we provide. If you are not happy with our service you can click the ‘rate our service’ button at the bottom of our emails, or we can supply you with a business evaluation form to complete. 

All of our learners and employers are entitled to expect our team to: 

  • Return customer telephone calls in 24 hours
  • Respond to customer emails in 24 hours of receipt 
  • Deliver a professional and confidential service at all times 
  • Make a quality call to client 1 week after learner starts 
  • Match the right candidate to the right opportunity 
  • Complete admin promptly and accurately for employers and candidates 
  • Make quality call to client after 3 months
