Apprentice Customer Advisor REF: LS249 - Sheffield (S1 2BJ)

The Role

Duties Will Include

  • Responding to Customer queries

  • Complete a variety of supporting tasks to help customers

  • Show willingness to take on the unknown

  • Converse with customers without relying on scripts

  • Capture and record information in the CRM system

  • Ensure 'Treating Customer Fairly' principles are maintained

  • Enhance the organisations reputation as a fair and progressive organisation

  • Firm but fair in the handling of difficult interactions

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • IT literate with strong attention to detail

  • Strong timekeeping and organisational skills

    The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.

    Hours and Wage

    37.5 Hours Per Week. Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

    £168.75 Per Week

    Progression Opportunities

    Potential for progression to a full banking agent, a Customer Service role with a £16,000+ role, as well as 10% bonus if targets are met. Within this role, the business offer skills based progression with the opportunity to achieve up to a £19,000 annual salary.
