Apprenticeship funding and grants
The government are currently offering an incentive payment for employers who take on an apprentice aged between 16-18 years old or aged between 19 and 24 if the young person has an Education, Health and Care plan (ECH Plan).
This is a £1000 grant which is paid in two £500 instalments during the apprentice’s training period.
