Duties Will Include
Directing calls to the correct person in the department
Undertaking basic order processing
Undertaking basic sales and admin work
Undertaking basic marketing admin work (issuing mailers, postal campaigns etc.)
Pulling together basic email content
Completing templates for Request For Quotes
Show solid understanding of our full product Range
Diligent an eye for detail
Polite telephone manner
Good English skills
Good maths skills
Good ICT Skills
The successful candidate will study a level 2 in Business Administration. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.
Hours and Wage
37.5 Hours Per Week. (Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 Half hour lunch)
£168.75 Per Week.
The candidate will work towards a level 3 should they be successful in the role.
