An opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join Medilink's International Team based at their Sheffield office. Medilink forms part of the UK's largest association for Life Science and Healthcare companies.
Duties Will Include:
Day to day you will be working with colleagues to prepare and deliver all aspects of overseas exhibitions and trade mission delegations including:
* Company entries in catalogues
* Space bookings and confirmations
* Exhibition graphics and furniture
* Chasing sales leads
* Record keeping and database entry
* General Administration
The International Assistant will also work closely with the department manager to deliver the following:
* Customer relationship management
* Diary entries and schedule
* Client contact emails
* Appointment setting
* Record Keeping and Cleansing
* Monitoring emails and telephone traffic
* Promoting live opportunities to clients
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Flexible approach to work
* Good time keeping skills
* Good Communication skills (customer contact required regularly)
* GCSE A - C (minimum)
The successful candidate will study a Level 3 Business Administrator Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning, within the workplace.
Hours and Wage:
37.5 Hours Per Week. Mon - Fri.
£180.00 Per Week
