Source Makes Top 100 Best Companies List

The Source Skills Academy is delighted to have made the 2018 Sunday Times 100 Best Not-for-profit organisations to work for.

The Best Companies list is based on the views of Source staff that were surveyed in October last year, meaning our staff have driven this recognition.

Chief Executive of The Source, Tricia Smith commenting on the listing said,

“This is a great achievement for the team at The Source. We had a very good year last year, achieving a Good OFSTED grade and producing Apprenticeship success rates higher than any other provider in our region, but there have also been some challenges."

“2017 was a year of change for The Source, with the introduction of me as Chief Executive and major reforms to education and funding. The dedication of the team here, their responsiveness and positivity to change has shone through and I am proud to see this has been recognised by The Times Top 100 Best Companies."

“As an organisation we recognise how important our people are to our success.  We proactively invest in their health, wellbeing and development, and to gain position 33 in the list demonstrates this to the wider community and will help us to not only retain our highly skilled workforce, but to continue to attract a high calibre of future talent to our business.”
