The cohort of learners taking part in British Land’s Bright Lights Programme have successfully completed their learning.
Graduates from the Bright Lights Ealing Broadway celebrate their successes with Centre Manager Andrew Rollings, The Mayor, Councillor Simon Woodroofe, Councillor Seema Kumar and MP Rupa Huq.
Bright Lights in an all-inclusive skills and employment programme designed by British Land and delivered by The Source to support people into work.
The Aim of the programme is to provide unemployed young people with valuable skills to help them start to build a career in retail or hospitality, combining classroom teaching with work placements.
Young people ages 16-24, , complete a five week course which combines work placements with national qualifications and graduates, including the graduates from Ealing Broadway, finish with a Level 1 in Retail Knowledge, Level 2 WorldHost Principles of Customer Service and a Level 1 Health & Safety.
