Catherine Coombes (MCIPD) is the Head of People and Culture at The Source Skills Academy.
Catherine has over 20 years of Human Resources experience working within the Education, Social Care and charity sector. Her last role before The Source was Head of Human Resources for a Social Care charity based in West Yorkshire with a workforce circa 500 staff.
Catherine is passionate about people being the best that they can be through providing challenges in a supportive environment.
