What is an apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship a form of on the job training where you will work in a role within a business but also undertake training once a week. Unlike studying at a Sixth Form, College or University, you will earn a wage while you learn the vital skills needed for the workplace. Apprenticeships are offered at a variety of levels from Intermediate (Level 2) to Advanced (Level 3) to Higher (Level 4 and 5). If you are looking to work towards a Degree, there are also Degree level apprenticeships available.
