Skills Support for the Workforce
Fully funded training at no cost to your business or employees
The Source is working with SMEs in the Sheffield City Region to deliver fully-funded, nationally recognised and bespoke training online, classroom and workplace learning.
The funding allows us to support employers to upskill their workforce in areas such as team leading, customer service and business improvement through to company-wide mental health awareness training across the organisation. The funding can also be applied to a business undergoing restructuring with employees at risk of redundancy.
Furthermore, we have a broad portfolio of over 40 accredited courses delivered online and supported remotely by our tutors – especially popular with employers at present due to COVID restrictions and employees working from home.
