The Source has worked with Team Knowhow, the Sheffield based contact centre for Dixons Carphone, for a number of years and the programmes continue to grow.

We are proud of the work we do with Team Knowhow and its even won awards! The programme now takes approximately 70 apprentices a year and the majority stay with the company when they finish.

The video showcases how the programme works for the business and key successes around on-going progressions opportunities. You’ll hear from Training Manager Matt Sadler and former apprentice Katy Clifford who is now a First Line Manager.

A more recent graduate, Bradley Austin shares his experiences as an apprentice and what he has gained thanks to his apprenticeship.
