Duties Will Include:

Maintain day to day office operations ensuring all relevant tasks are completed to the highest of standard including:

  • Meeting and greeting Customers
  • Concierge duties 
  • Cleaning, Office and Building checks, Health and Safety Audits 
  • Setting up meeting rooms 
  • Basic maintenance tasks 
  • Catering 
  • Admin duties, answering help desk responses and meeting room requests 
  • Ensuring all team members experience a high-quality service at all times 
  • Providing a world-class, professional, hardworking and friendly service to everyone

The successful candidate will study a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard qualification. As part of the qualification the successful candidate will undertake meaningful project duties that have been agreed with the employer. The project duties are now a requirement of the Customer Service Practitioner Standard where the candidate will be supported throughout by their employer and Work Based Learning Tutor, for a minimum of 12 months.

Hours and Wage:

37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday

£138.75 per week

Progression Opportunities:

Progression to a higher level qualification.
